Abstract

Shree Niketan Matriculation Higher Secondary School was founded in 2006 as an entrepreneurial venture by a management graduate, P. Vishnucharan (Vish). Since its inception, the school had been imparting quality education in the matriculation format to students of Thiruvallur near Chennai.

Though Vish faced many challenges during the start-up phase of the venture, he was eventually able to differentiate the school from its competitors by providing high quality educational services which were unmatched in that locality. The creation of a strong brand allowed him to cater to the premium segment.
